City Hall and CenterPlace Regional Event Center will be closed Monday, Sept. 7, in observance of Labor Day, according to a Sept. 3 alert from the City of Spokane Valley. The closure affects all in-person services at both locations, including permit processing and public meetings. The city's Permit Portal remains down due to a global tech outage, with the city advising residents to contact the Permit Center at 509-720-5240 for assistance. The city's alert system will notify residents of any additional closures or service disruptions.
