Spokane Valley has activated a new traffic flow system at the intersections of Division Street and Mission Avenue, and Sprague Avenue and Main Street.
The system uses adaptive signal timing to adjust traffic lights based on real-time conditions, aiming to reduce congestion and improve safety for drivers and pedestrians.
