Spokane Valley: No-Fee Vehicle Titles for Fire Victims

🔊 Listen · narrated by Aiden

Vehicle owners impacted by recent wildfires in Spokane Valley can obtain replacement titles for vehicles or vessels at no cost from Wednesday, August 12 through Wednesday, September 9.

Normally, a replacement title costs $39.50, but under a Governor’s Emergency Declaration, the fee is waived for fire victims. The Spokane County Auditor’s Motor Vehicle Licensing Office will process these requests in person at any of eight county offices or three in Stevens County. A dedicated wildfire relief webpage provides details at dol.wa.gov/wildfire-relief.
